Here's the recipe: 1) Chop up about 1 tsp of fresh rosemary per cup of tea. Put it in the cup, and pour boiling water over it. Put a saucer on top so the steam doesn't escape! 2) Allow the tea to cool to a drinkable temperature, then strain the rosemary out of it. 3) Add 1 tablespoon of clover honey. 4) Squeeze in fresh lemon, lime, or orange to taste. This is the best remedy I have ever found for flu symptoms. I truly hope you all feel better soon...this year's flu is a monster.
